I run go-to-market teams daily. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I take what happened in my own week, or what the signal engine surfaced that week, and turn it into 1 move you can run before Friday.

I am Koen Stam. I am a GTM operator in the trenches daily, not a consultant writing about it.
